Licensed Professional Counselor
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagine it will. For many people, there are moments that reshape everything–relationships change, plans shift, and the future you thought you were building suddenly looks different.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate those turning points and rebuild a sense of emotional stability, clarity, and self-trust.
My work focuses on supporting clients through major life transitions, including infertility and reproductive grief, relationship loss and betrayal, and identity shifts that come from starting over. These experiences can be deeply isolating, even when you are surrounded by support–my goal is to create a space where you do not have to carry them alone.
In our work together, I combine clinical insight with practical, grounded tools that help you move out of emotional overwhelm and into a more steady, regulated place. While therapy often involves exploring pain and patterns, it also focuses on building something new: a stronger relationship with yourself, greater emotional regulation, and the ability to move through life with more confidence and clarity.
I believe healing isn’t about “getting back to who you were” but rather learning how to build a life that feels aligned and empowering after everything has changed.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals through change. Clients often describe me as grounded, intuitive, and easy to talk to.
If you’re in a season of transition and trying to find your footing again, you don’t have to do it alone.
