Making the decision to begin therapy can be an intimidating one but I will try to make it a comfortable, welcoming experience. Often, we know what we have to do to feel better but we need someone in our corner to give support and guidance. I try to stay focused on the positive and help my clients see their strengths and abilities. I tend to utilize a humanistic approach to therapy where I focus on the whole person. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps replace negative, limiting beliefs with more positive and beneficial ones. I believe in helping my clients discover their life purpose and values. I utilize mindfulness therapy often to alleviate feelings of anxiety and panic. By focusing on the present, we can bring gratitude and quiet our inner critic. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you overcome the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back so you can be the best version of yourself.
