About Me

Tracy Walsh, MA, LPC, LCADC, CCS

I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest–with yourself and with someone who truly listens. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of who they are becoming. On the outside, they look like they’re managing just fine. On the inside, they are tired of carrying everything alone.

My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to reconnect with yourself. Therapy isn’t about fixing you–it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply and build the confidence to move forward with intention.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals through change. Clients often describe me as grounded, intuitive, and easy to talk to.

My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
